I needed someone to finish installing the tiles on my gazebo.  I came across Brandon from Trivent Roof Solutions.  He came over and right away I knew I wanted to hire him.  He was very professional and easy to speak with.  Brandon did an exceptional job and I am very pleased with the outcome of the job.  Everyone has been complimenting on how lovely it looks. He arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment, thoroughly assessed the roof, and pointed out the damage that I was already aware of while also showing me clear photos of everything. He provided a quote on the spot, which I appreciated. What impressed me most was that he was able to complete the repairs the very same day and sent the invoice electronically, making the entire process incredibly easy and efficient. Throughout the experience, he was polite, professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He also recommended an attic fan since my attic currently has no ventilation. He immediately provided a detailed quote, explained how the system works, reviewed the warranty information, and even contacted my homeowners association himself to find out exactly what was needed for approval.
