What to expect with your roofing project
Before work begins, our team ensures thorough site preparation – including protecting landscaping, setting up safety barriers, and coordinating access – so your property stays secure, and disruption is kept to a minimum. We will prepare and cover driveway, walkways, lanai screens, landscaping and personal property for roof replacement commencement. Garage door opening, A/C Condenser and all other mechanical equipment to be covered with plywood as needed.
During tear-off, our crew will carefully remove your existing roof materials while protecting your property and maintaining a clean, organized job site throughout the process.
During dry-in, our crew will install protective underlayment and water barriers to shield your home from the elements, ensuring it’s secure and weather-tight before final roofing materials are applied.
During installation, our crew works efficiently and precisely to lay your new roofing system, ensuring every detail meets our high standards for durability, safety, and curb appeal.
Once installation is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough, ensure thorough cleanup and workmanship meets our high-quality standards – so you’re left with nothing, but peace of mind and a roof built to last.
